What to Expect

We are a Sussex based home visit physiotherapy service. As registered members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and members of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) we offer specialist rehabilitation services to patients in their own familiar environment.  This includes helping you to regain and maintain your independence by providing tailored exercise and rehabilitation programmes, focusing around your individual functional problems and goals.  Our Physiotherapists are experts in their field and have worked extensively within the NHS.

Your experience will begin with a thorough subjective assessment to determine the problems and their causes followed by a physical assessment of your function. We will then determine the goals you wish to achieve and a treatment plan of how we are going to do this. We would anticipate your first assessment to last between 45-60 minutes. Follow up sessions will then focus on progressing your treatment until you, or we, feel you have reached your maximum capability.
